The passionate programmer :: What I learnt

I recently read The Passionate Programmer and was wowed by it. The author has an amazing clarity of thought. He talks about how to be passionate about the work you do and how to be on an edge of things you do. He draws a parallel with software industry and music (the author is also a professional jazz musician). Of the 53 tips he has offered I found 8 which I have prioritized for me to improve on. Of course I will be working on the others after I am done with these 8. I would highly recommend you to read this book.
