Setting up TRC's so that they are not visible in the timesheet

We had a requirement where the TRC should not be visible for the employee to select from. Examples of such TRC's are Shift, overtime, and double time. To make the TRC unavailable you need to check box Rules Only TRC on the TRC 1 page.
